We’re very excited to be moving to an improved, ‘pay as you go’ meeting room booking system throughout all locations - as well as a new monthly add-on.
Due to ongoing technical difficulties with Booking Passes, we are ending the availability of this product as of March 31, 2018. Instead, once members no longer have available Booking Credit (free allotment of hours based on membership level) they will be able to simply book additional hours and get billed on their next invoice.
This will give you the ultimate flexibility to book rooms in the moment.
Don’t worry though, any Booking Pass credits you already purchased with a Booking Pass may still be used through April 30, 2018. Of course, every Port membership (with the exception of Virtual) still has an assigned allotment of free meeting room hours that may be used in any of our four, convenient locations.
New Monthly Add-on
Beginning April 1st, 2018, you can now add 8 additional hours of meeting room hours to your current plan each month for an additional $150. It's available at all membership levels with a limit of one (1) per team. See your Community Manager for details.
