We hope you won't leave us, but realize that sometimes life changes. In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your membership, please follow these steps:
1. Email your request to email@example.com within the timeframe listed in the terms below, based on your membership level.
2. Complete the cancellation form that is returned to you via email.
3. Return your keycard and any other keys (filing cabinet, lockers, mailbox) on your last day of membership. Keys and keycards that are not returned on your last day are subject to a replacement fee.
NOTE: All of these steps must be completed prior to your cancellation being officially confirmed.
We value your membership, in the event you are unsatisfied with your services, please reach out to your Community Manager and allow us to address your issues prior to cancellation.
Cancellation Terms (Per Member Agreement)
Either Port or Member can terminate this Agreement at the end of the Initial Term, or at the end of any extension or renewal period, by emailing written notice of termination to the other party within the applicable time frame below:
(a) For terminations affecting a total of more than 20 individual members and/or the equivalent office or TeamSpace seating capacity, notice must be given at least two calendar months in advance of the last day of the last calendar month of the term (for example, no later than May 31 for a term ending July 31).
(b) For all other memberships and products, notice must be given no later than the last day of the calendar month preceding the last calendar month of the term.
If from Member to Port, written notice of termination must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If this Agreement begins renewing on a month-to-month basis, Member may not terminate products or memberships in any single calendar month affecting a total of more than 20 individual members and/or equivalent office or TeamSpace seating capacity.
