ABOUT MEETING ROOM BOOKING
The Port Workspaces offers meeting rooms in each location that are bookable by all members for meetings. The benefit of booking is that the space is RESERVED for you when you need it and you can’t be booted out. Be sure to include any setup or cleanup time in your booking.
Port Workspaces meeting rooms are always free to use when available. If the room isn’t booked, you can always jump in for a quick phone call or meeting (15-20 minutes).
WHAT ARE COINS?
Port "Coins" are the monthly credit included with your membership to book meeting rooms. The main thing to know is the 1 coin = $1. So if your membership comes with $50 of credit, you will receive 50 coins. All meeting rooms have a per hour cost in dollars. You can see the hourly cost of each room below. Coins do not roll over at the end of the month.
Meeting rooms can be booked in as little as 15 minute increments, so maximize your credit use by booking only for the time you need.
HOW MUCH CREDIT DO I HAVE?
You can view your monthly included credits in the Member Portal:
Navigate to BOOKINGS on the left side navigation > click the CREDITS tab at the top
NOTE: Monthly coins are pooled for all team members under the same Company so all team members have access to the full amount of credit from all memberships held by the company.
MAKING A BOOKING & UNDERSTANDING FEES

When you go to make a booking, you will see how many Coins you are using and/or any fees associated with the booking under SUMMARY. All fees will be aggregated throughout the month and billed on your next monthly invoice on the 1st.
Notice: under Booking Fee it shows you will use 30 coins + $20 for this booking to cover the $50 booking total for this meeting. Total will show the real dollar fees you will pay on your next invoice for a booking.
If you need to cancel your booking, make sure you do so at least 1 hour ahead of time to avoid cancellation fees!
