In the Port Workspaces Member Portal you can enter multiple payment methods. Here are some important things to keep in mind if you enter multiple payment methods.
1. Have a backup payment method: Ensure your membership fees are paid on time by entering two payment methods.
Please note: If you have both a bank account/ACH AND a credit card on file, the system will automatically charge your bank account first and then try the credit card if there is an issue.
2. If you pay by check, use a 2nd method to cover incidental charges:
Enter a credit card or bank account into your account to cover monthly incidental charges (printing, meeting room fees, etc.).
In order to pay by check (and not have your base membership fees charged to your bank account), you must coordinate with The Port team prior to your next billing cycle (the 1st of the month). Email email@example.com for this option.
Paying by check may be subject to our 3% non standard payment fee
Login to the member portal at portal.portworkspaces.com and go to Billing
