All Port Workspaces members have access to shared copy/scanner/printers available at each location. Once you are setup with printer access, you can use any printer at any location with no additional setup!
To activate your printer account:
- Request Printer Setup through the Member Portal. Instructions for using our "shop" function can be found here. There is a one-time $25 setup fee per person that will be added to your Port Workspaces account on the next billing cycle. This gives you access to PaperCut, a software that allows you to remotely print from your computer.
- Within 1 business day of your request, we will email you instructions to setup printing via PaperCut.

How much does printing cost?
There is a one-time $25 setup fee to access our shared printers. After that, you will receive $10 of printer credit INCLUDED with your membership fees per month.
Color printing is $.40/page and Black&White is $.08/page
Does my credit roll over?
Printer credit does not rollover. Each month on the 1st, you will be refreshed back to $10.
Can I add more credit to my account?
Yes, you are able to add more credit to your account directly through PaperCut via a credit card/PayPal. Please be sure to use this link to access your account and add credit: https://papercut.portworkspaces.com/user

How do I select Black & White or Color printing?
This varies per device/software program so it can be a bit tricky. Here are a few tips we've found:
1. If you are trying to print directly from a browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.) even if you select "Black & White" the system will often automatically still print in color. If you want to print in B&W, download the file first to your computer and then print from there in your normal document viewer selecting "Black & white"
2. For Macs from the traditional print dialogue box:
